Training is at the heart of delivering an excellent service to you and your customers. All employees receive induction training. Following a trial period, they are enrolled in an on-going training programme provided through in-house and external trainers, including Government courses. Training continues throughout their employment resulting in a variety of qualifications including NVQ’s.
National Vehicle Assistance training doesn’t stop with our own staff. We provide your teams with product training at your premises to ensure their understanding of software and process is current and accurate so that they can provide the specialist advice required of them. Training is offered 24 hours a day to make sure your entire team is competent and confident in using the bespoke system.
Network agents are trained to comply with independently assessed PAS43. In addition, our network managers visit regularly to audit our recovery partners. Any operations outside of standard recovery requirements are assessed by Nationwide Vehicle Assistance so you can be confident that trained, qualified team members are employed throughout the customer experience.
