24 Hour Operations Centres
The Nationwide Vehicle Assistance Control Centres are more than capable of delivering excellent service to you and your customers – even in the busiest of times.
The Control Centres are equipped with bespoke systems to input and dispatch recovery teams quickly and efficiently. They each have the latest telephone systems and CCTV to monitor all Nationwide Vehicle Assistance depots. They are also linked to The Highways Agency CCTV so we can anticipate a need before the call comes in.
You will be supported day and night from our three Control Centres. Having our Control Centres in Essex, Hertfordshire and Glasgow ensures there is a dual fail-safe back-up in the unlikely event of one location being out of action.
Our teams will be instructed in your ways so your customers will believe they are dealing directly with your own call centre. All calls are recorded for your security. Additionally, you benefit as real-life recorded calls can be used for training purposes.
